1. Acceptance of these terms
By using CommercialPropertyTax.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Directory and education site only
CommercialPropertyTax.com is a directory and education website for commercial property tax appeal information. The site is not a law firm, accounting firm, appraisal firm, or tax advisory firm. Website content is general information only and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, valuation, or professional advice.
3. No professional relationship created
Using this website, submitting a form, clicking a professional listing, or contacting a listed provider does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, appraiser-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with CommercialPropertyTax.com.
4. Paid professional listings
Professional listings are paid advertisements. A paid listing gives a professional or firm visibility in selected county markets, but it does not create an endorsement, certification, guarantee, referral agreement, or recommendation by CommercialPropertyTax.com.
The one-county plan allows one selected county market. The five-county plan allows up to five selected county markets, including counties in more than one state if the professional serves border markets. After checkout, customers are routed to submit listing details. Paid submissions may publish automatically, but CommercialPropertyTax.com may edit, reject, suspend, or remove a listing that appears inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, duplicative, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the site.
5. Professional responsibility for listing content
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including firm name, contact information, service areas, credentials, statements, images, logos, and website links. Professionals must have the right to upload any image, logo, text, or other material submitted to the site.
6. No guarantee of results or savings
CommercialPropertyTax.com does not guarantee that a property owner will reduce an assessment, lower a tax bill, win an appeal, obtain a refund, or receive any specific result. Outcomes depend on local law, deadlines, evidence, property facts, assessor practices, and the professionals involved.
7. User submissions
When you submit information through the website, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant CommercialPropertyTax.com permission to display, store, edit, format, and use submitted listing content for website, directory, administrative, and promotional purposes related to the site.
8. Payments and renewals
Listing payments are processed through WooCommerce and/or third-party payment providers configured by the website owner. Pricing, availability, renewal terms, refunds, and promotional offers may change. Annual listing products should be reviewed in WooCommerce before launch, especially if subscription or renewal billing is added.
9. Third-party websites and providers
The site may link to professional websites, payment processors, mapping tools, analytics services, plugins, or other third-party resources. CommercialPropertyTax.com is not responsible for third-party content, services, privacy practices, advice, claims, or outcomes.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use the website to post false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, spam, malicious, or deceptive content. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a harmful way, bypass security, or use it to misrepresent your qualifications or services.
11. Intellectual property
The website design, brand elements, page copy, layout, and original content belong to CommercialPropertyTax.com or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, sell, or misuse site content without permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommercialPropertyTax.com and its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, reliance on information, missed deadlines, professional services, third-party links, listing content, technical issues, or directory results.
13. Indemnification
If you submit listing content, use the site improperly, or violate these terms, you agree to hold CommercialPropertyTax.com harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your actions, content, or violation.
14. Changes to these terms
CommercialPropertyTax.com may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
